Phuong was a co-founding Partner of Lexbridge and remains a strategic advisor and consultant to the firm. He specialises in regulatory reform, policy development and leading complex strategy, planning and policy processes at the intersection of law, international relations, public policy, and corporate strategy.
Phuong has extensive experience across government, international organisations and the private sector and his work spans multiple fields, from legal analysis and regulatory design through to trade facilitation and international engagement, complex program governance and delivery, institutional reform, organisational design and business transformation. Earlier in his career, he practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation and dispute resolution both in private practice and government.
