Neil Smith is a Senior Legal Consultant with Lexbridge. He has significant experience in prudential regulation, enforcement and compliance, legislative and regulatory design and drafting, statutory interpretation and administrative law.

Neil is a Visiting Fellow at the Australian National University and has previously held roles with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, the Private Health Insurance Administration Council, and in Foreign Investment at the Australian Treasury.
