Mark Jennings is a Special Counsel with Lexbridge. He specialises in trade and investment law. He has worked on major international law matters, including dispute settlement in the World Trade Organisation before its panels and the appellate body.

Mark has previously worked in the Office of International Law at the Australian Attorney-General’s Department and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Canberra.
